Education about an illness is power! The more you learn about your illness, the better off you will be. Don't be afraid to ask your health professional or psychisian/psychiatrist questions. There is no such thing as a "dumb" question!
Here is a selection of books that I have read and some that have been recommended to me. The subject matters are primarily about depression or manic depression. Many of these books may be found at your local library. If you would like to purchase or read a description about these books go to Amazon.com Use the "book search" feature to find the book you are interested in.
